Selig, die Sanftmuetigen, denn sie werden das Land besitzen. Selig, die Hunger und Durst haben nach der Gerechtigkeit, denn sie werden gesaettigt werden. Selig, die Barmherzigen, denn sie werden Barmherzigkeit erlangen. Selig, die reinen Herzens sind, denn sie werden Gott anschauen. Selig, die Frieden stiften, denn sie werden Kinder Gottes genannt werden. Selig, die Verfolgung leiden um der Gerechtigkeit willen. Ihrer ist das Himmelreich.
Translation:
