Our guarantee is simple. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 21 days of your purchase either by telephone or e-mail, and we will be happy to help you.

We believe in the artistic quality, skilled workmanship, and theological depth of every item in the Creator Mundi Collection. Should you receive an item that shows signs of defective workmanship or is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the return of the item. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise Creator Mundi will reimburse the return shipping and either send you a replacement or, if you prefer, reimburse you for the cost of the item. The choice is yours.
