Moments of Delight, Your Daily Dose of Self-Care, arose from my desire to help my coaching clients reclaim their time and start creating a daily ritual that supported their own growth. So often, women espeically, put everyone else in their lives first, and take whatever is left at the end of the day. Most of the time, this makes us grumpy, tired, and not always at our best. All it takes is being willing to stop for two to five minutes a day, and the desire to rekindle the relationship to self. It is imperative to put our own oxygen masks on first. When you value your time, and create peace inside, you can take that peace out into the world.
Your Daily Dose
This 3 3/4 ” by 5 1/2″ box contains 30 cards with activities to act/reflect upon as part of a journey to wholeness. Inside is a 16 page booklet with additional information about reclaiming your time as well as blank pages to use for journaling. The box is wrapped with a ribbon and contains a small vial of bubbles for bringing stress free fun into the day.
