All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and damage. If you receive an item which is defective or damaged, Creator Mundi will gladly provide a return or exchange.
If your purchase arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days so that we can process the necessary paperwork with FedEx. Keep the original packing materials and the shipping box for FedEx inspection. After your damaged/defective merchandise claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Please return the damaged/defective merchandise within 10 days of receipt of the return shipping label.
Retail Customers: If you would like to return or exchange an item that is not defective or damaged, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will gladly replace your return with another selection, or refund the original payment method used, less shipping charges. Dated items (over 30 days past invoice date), seasonal items, and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Wholesale Customers: Unauthorized returns will not receive merchandise credit. Authorized returns of undamaged/non-defective merchandise will incur an automatic 25% restocking fee and the wholesale customer pays all return shipping costs. For your security, please use an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and retain your receipt. Creator Mundi is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
