Where is my order?
We e-mail you a tracking number upon shipment of your order. If your package is late in arriving, please double-check the status of your shipment using the online order tracking system (www.fedex.com or www.USPS.com). If you have checked the tracking status and are still wondering where your package is, contact us and we will be happy to assist you. (Please note, we only ship using USPS Priority or FedEx. If customer insists on lower cost shipping without insurance, please understand Creator Mundi is not responsible for loss, stolen or damaged shipments.)

Orders requiring standard shipping that are received between Monday and Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding legal holidays. Orders requiring standard shipping that are received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business day Tuesday. Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 12 p.m. (MST) in order to be shipped the same business day. Out-of-stock items and special order merchandise may require 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.
How can I track my order?
When your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with all pertinent shipping information and a tracking number for FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. This number can be used to track your package online at www.FedEx.com or www.USPS.com. FedEx allows you to track your shipment while en route, but USPS will only confirm the delivery date and location. If your order is shipped via FedEx, the e-mail will include the number of days for your shipment to arrive. Shipping days are calculated beginning the day AFTER your order actually ships out. Please note that this refers to BUSINESS days (Monday through Friday), and does not include Saturday, Sunday, or legal holidays. For example, an order requiring 3 days’ shipping is sent out on Thursday. The days-in-transit begins on Friday, with the package arriving on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
State sales tax and local sales tax are added to all orders shipped to Colorado addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside Colorado.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We accept American Express through Paypal. Cash and COD are not available for online orders, but electronic check payments may be made through PayPal.

Are all of your items in stock?
We strive to maintain a fully stocked inventory at all times. However, popular and seasonal items may from time to time be temporarily out of stock. Additionally, special order items are not always in stock. We are usually able to restock an item within 4 to 6 weeks as part of our normal replenishment process. If you require an item quickly, we can have it expedited from Europe for an additional fee.
If you place an order for an item that is temporarily unavailable, our website will provide you with an estimated delivery window. Other items on our website are available by special order only, and are so indicated. These items can take 4 to 8 weeks for arrival. Some exceptions apply. If you are concerned about the availability of a particular item, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-894-8148 (MST).
Do you require a minimum purchase?
For retail and non-profit customers, we do not require a minimum purchase. However, to qualify for free shipping, orders must be at least $75 and be prepaid by credit card.
For existing wholesale customers, there is no minimum purchase. For new wholesale customers, there is a minimum purchase on the first order only of $250, which must be made by credit card. See our Wholesale Account Sign Up page for more information.
How do I change an order or cancel an item?
If you need to change or cancel an order that you have placed, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-894-8148 (MST) as soon as possible! Orders are promptly processed and shipped for customer satisfaction, resulting in a relatively small window of time for changes to be made. If you are unable to change or cancel an order in time, simply return the shipment.

I cannot find an item that I know exists on your site. What should I do?
We are constantly adding new items and updating existing items on our website. If you notice that an item is missing that was previously available on our website, please contact us at 1-800-894-8148 or send an e-mail to sales@www.creatormundi.com.
How do I place my order?
Now that you have completed your selections and would like to checkout, click on the “View Cart” button to view your order.
If you would like more than 1 of that item, you can change the amount by using the “+” and “-” buttons or by typing the desired quantity in the quantity box. Click on the “Update Cart” button to update the current cost for your items.
If you change your mind and would like to delete a selection, click on the “delete” button to the left of your selection. The item will be removed from your cart.
To estimate shipping costs, click the “Calculate Shipping” link. Actual shipping costs will be determined based on your shipping address on the checkout screen.
To purchase your selections, proceed to click on “Proceed to Checkout”. If applicable, please fill out your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Click the “Payment Method” button to continue, select your payment method, then click on “Order Review”. Choose your shipping preferences, gift message (if desired) and any additional information if needed, accept the terms and conditions, then click “Place Order”. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order summary and order number.

International Orders

As soon as we receive payment, we will ship your order to you either by USPS First Class International Mail or by FedEx International Express.
How do I find what I’m looking for?
You can browse the Creator Mundi website using both categories and product tags. You can search the website using the search box in the top right corner. Searching for a term brings up all items which contain that term anywhere on the product detail page. If your search results are too broad try using the Category or Quick Search functions.
While browsing our “Shop By”, “Religious Gifts”, and “Special Order” sections, you can use the Quick Search function, which provides a tag cloud. Click an individual tag to see all items to which that tag applies. For example, clicking “Animal” in the tag cloud will bring up all items tagged with the word “Animal”.
How do I take care of the bronze items?
We recommend Mr. Metal for all bronze.
Cleaning Tips from Mr Metal :
The maintenance and preservation of today’s most common metals relies on a few basic rules of thumb. First and foremost, it is important to keep metal dry to prevent tarnishing. When oxygen and moisture combine and come in contact with metal, a chemical reaction called oxidation occurs. The end result is tarnish, a damaging coating that may dull or destroy the metal’s surface. In addition to holding moisture at bay, Mr. Metal offers some general guidelines for the care and cleaning of all metals:
- Don’t mix stainless and sterling in the dishwasher. If they touch, it creates a chemical reaction that can leave black spots on the silver.
- Don’t use abrasive cleaners that can scratch and dull metal surfaces.
- Unless specified for a particularly durable type of metal, avoid using steel wool or scouring pads to clean.
- Wear cotton gloves when cleaning metal. Otherwise, acid in the skin can tarnish the surface.
- Rub metal with straight, back-and-forth motions, rather than in circles. This helps maintain a uniform appearance.
- Apply metal cleaner with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth. Turn the cloth frequently to avoid reusing the soiled portion.
- Prevent undiluted liquid dishwashing detergents from coming into direct contact with metal, as it can damage the finish.
- For ornate objects, apply metal cleaner generously and allow to dry. Rinse the cleaner with a wet sponge.
How much does shipping cost?
Creator Mundi provides free shipping on all retail and wholesale orders over $75 for all customers within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but not including U.S. territories). Orders weighing over 150 pounds or with a size over 165″ (measured in length plus girth) are not eligible. Rush shipments (e.g., 2-day and overnight) are not eligible for the free shipping offer. To qualify for free standard shipping, the order must be $75 or over with a shipping address within the 50 United States (U.S. territories are not included in this offer).
For orders being delivered within the contiguous United States, our preferred shipping method is either USPS Priority Mail, which offers a standard delivery time of two to three business days, or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. For larger orders, we use FedEx Ground, with a standard delivery time of 1-4 business days. For orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii, we use USPS Flat Rate boxes or envelopes, depending on the size of the shipment.
Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you with an e-mailed invoice and either a USPS or FedEx tracking number. Canadian orders are not eligible for no-cost shipping and are sent via FedEx International Economy unless otherwise requested.
How do you handle big or special commission items?
Some of our largest and heaviest items are delivered through special arrangement with FedEx Freight. The exact cost of Freight deliveries is unique to each order and we will work with you directly to set up a delivery appointment with FedEx Freight. Because these are big and bulky items, there may be occasions when the driver may require your assistance to move the item from the truck to your residence or place of business. Please note that all freight deliveries are made by appointment Monday through Friday, on regular business days. Prior to ordering an oversize item, please discuss any special delivery requirements you may have by contacting us.
Because of the valuable nature of our big and special commission items, we often have a wooden crate made to protect the items during shipping. Each crate is unique to the item – we will provide you with an estimate as part of the shipping process.
I live outside the U.S. and Canada. What are my options?
While we make every effort to accommodate foreign orders, shipping and customs compliance costs vary from country to country. For items shipping outside the United States and Canada, please contact us for an exact cost quote. We send foreign orders via FedEx International Economy, but FedEx International Priority is also available upon request.
Do you offer drop-shipping for wholesale customers?
We will gladly drop-ship an order on your behalf. A drop-ship fee of $4.00 applies, otherwise our standard shipping policy applies. We will include a packing slip for you. If you would like to have a specific order number on your packing slip, please indicate this on your purchase order. We will send shipment confirmation and tracking number to the wholesale party on the drop-ship order.
Can you send a gift order on my behalf?
Yes. For retail gift purchases, we will send the item to your desired recipient at no extra charge (within the United States). If you would like a personalized gift message to be included, please indicate this at checkout. We send the invoice and receipt to the billed party.
What are my expedited shipping options?
Expedited shipping options include: FedEx Priority Overnight; FedEx Standard Overnight; FedEx 2-Day Shipping; and FedEx Express Saver (3-Day). Your exact shipping charge is based on your shipping address and is calculated upon placement of your order. Please be aware that orders with expedited shipping requests must be placed by 12 p.m. (MST) in order to be shipped the same business day.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt. For orders placed online, all customers will receive an automatically-generated order receipt upon order placement. This serves as confirmation that we have received your order. For orders placed by e-mail or fax, we will respond within the business day with confirmation that we received your order. I returned an item, but I didn’t receive full credit. Why?
Creator Mundi will refund the original payment method used, less shipping and gift wrapping charges. If you purchased from our site using a promotion, coupon or discount, you will only receive a credit for the percentage of the total that you actually paid. For example, if you used a $5 OFF coupon on a purchase that totaled $30, you will only receive a credit for $25. You can expect your refund or exchange within 2 weeks from the time we receive your return in good condition. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear. A refund may not be possible if a returned item is lost or damaged during shipment. Please be sure to securely package any items being returned and to use an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. Wholesale Customers: Unauthorized returns will not receive merchandise credit. Authorized returns of undamaged/non-defective merchandise will incur an automatic 25% restocking fee and the wholesale customer pays all return shipping costs.
