All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We cannot honor any typographical errors. All superseded price lists are no longer in effect. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and AMEX through PayPal.
Shipping
Our standard shipping options are FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Flat Rate Mail. Out-of-stock items and special order merchandise require 4 to 12 weeks for delivery. Shipping to Mexico is by FedEx only, no exceptions.
No Compensation for USPS Shipments Stolen After Delivery
Here is what the USPS states about Priority Mail shipments that are missing after delivery :

Indemnity is not paid for insured mail (including Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail), Registered Mail, COD, or Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express in these situations:
- Evidence of insurance coverage not provided.
- Loss, damage, or have missing contents, that occurred after delivery by the USPS.

To prevent the loss of compensation from Creator Mundi for any stolen delivery, you have three shipment options:
1. Provide a P.O. Box for all USPS deliveries.
2. Ship by FedEx Home Delivery with Signature Required.
3. Continue to receive shipments at your home address and mailbox (with the risk of theft and no compensation).
Free Shipping
- We now offer “Free Shipping” for most*orders over $50.00 that are both placed and paid for online at time of checkout, to all customers within the United States (but not including Alaska and Hawaii or U.S. territories). *Special Handling or overweight or oversize items may have additional shipping charges.
- Rush shipments (e.g., 2-day and overnight) are not eligible for the free shipping offer.
- Free Shipping Services: For orders being delivered within the contiguous United States, our preferred shipping method for smaller orders is USPS Priority Flat Rate, which offers a standard delivery time of 2-4 business days from date shipped. For larger orders, we use FedEx Ground, with a standard delivery time of 1-7 business days from date shipped. For orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii, we use USPS Flat Rate boxes or envelopes, depending on the size of the shipment.
- Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you with an e-mailed invoice and either a USPS or FedEx tracking number. Canadian orders are not eligible for free shipping and are sent via FedEx International Economy or USPS. Any additional Customs and Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the base shipping charges.
- Please note, we only ship using USPS Priority or FedEx. If additional insurance is needed, this additional charge will be added manually to the invoice. If customer insists on lower cost shipping without insurance, please understand Creator Mundi is not responsible for loss, stolen or damaged shipments. Creator Mundi reserves the right not to process an order due to shipping complications.
To Exchange or Return Merchandise
Exchanges or refunds must be called in within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted to Creator Mundi within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Special Terms
Non-Profit Customers
- Qualified Non-Profit Customers must be verifiable tax-exempt non-profit organizations and include churches, schools, hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, seminaries, colleges, universities, religious orders, mortuary associations, etc.
- Qualified and verified Non-Profit customers receive a 10% discount on all Creator Mundi items, excepting sale items.
- Qualified Non-Profit Customers must register online through the Non-Profit Registration to receive the discount.
- All first-time orders must be ordered on line and paid through the online payment options provided or prepaid with a credit card.
- Net-30 terms are extended upon approval of complete credit application.
- We offer “Free Shipping” for all Non-Profit orders that are over $50.00 that are both placed and paid for online at time of checkout only. For customers who wish to be invoiced (i.e., net-30 payment terms), standard shipping rates apply.
- Fundraising orders are not eligible for free shipping.
- All overdue accounts are charged 1.5% interest per month.
- All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order.
- Special orders and out-of-stock items may take 4-12 weeks for delivery.
- All claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please specify whether you prefer credit refund to your account or replacement of the returned items.
- Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Special order items and seasonal items cannot be returned.
- All collection and legal fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Please note that orders cannot be filled until overdue balances are paid in full.
Wholesale Customers
- Qualified Wholesale customers must register online through the Wholesale Registration to receive wholesale pricing.
- Net-30 terms are extended upon approval of complete credit application with a current credit card on file.
- We offer “Free Shipping” for all wholesale orders over $150.00 that are both placed and paid for online at time of checkout only. For customers who wish to be invoiced (i.e., net-30 payment terms), standard shipping rates apply.
- All net-30 orders not paid by check are subject to a 2.5% credit card processing fee.
- All overdue accounts are charged 1.5% interest per month.
- All overdue accounts may be reclassified to pre-pay only accounts.
- All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order.
- Special orders and out-of-stock items may take 4-12 weeks for delivery.
- All first-time orders must be ordered online and paid through the online payment options provided or prepaid with a credit card.
- $150 minimum on first-time orders. No minimum on re-orders.
- All claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After your damaged/defective merchandise claim is approved, we will advise you of how to proceed. If requested, please return the damaged/defective merchandise within 10 days. Please be sure to specify whether you prefer a credit refund to your account or replacement of the returned items.
- All merchandise except dated items, seasonal items, and special order items can be exchanged for merchandise credit if returned within 30 days of the date on the invoice. All such authorized returns will incur an automatic 25% restocking fee. The wholesale customer pays all return shipping costs. Please contact customer service for authorization. Unauthorized returns will not receive merchandise credit. CASH REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
- Return merchandise must be received in good condition with all store stickers removed and in the original packaging. Dated items, seasonal items, and special order items cannot be returned.
- Free shipping is for in-stock items only on all wholesale orders. Once they are back in stock, back-ordered items will be eligible for free shipping in a new prepaid wholesale order over $150.00.
- Free Shipping is not an option for Drop Ship orders, regardless of how the order is placed.
- Dated items (over 30 days past invoice date, ) seasonal items, and special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All collection and legal fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Wholesale customers agree to sell items from the Creator Mundi Collection at the suggested retail price (not including shipping costs) (as published on the Creator Mundi website, www.creatormundi.com) or higher if selling anywhere other than in their own store or on their own website.
- The only exception to the above Term is this: Wholesale customers agree not to offer any items from Creator Mundi on Amazon.com, eBay.com, or any open auction websites.
- Creator Mundi reserves the right to discontinue an agreement with a wholesale customer for any reason.
