We are happy to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for in-stock & prepaid orders for retail customers this holiday season.
Prepaid orders must total over $150.00 for Wholesale customers. This offer is for customers within the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories). This offer does not apply to special custom orders, fundraising orders, or over-sized items. (*See all of the Offer Exceptions below.)
Whom We Use For Shipping
For orders being delivered within the United States, our preferred shipping method for smaller orders is USPS Priority Flat Rate.
For larger orders, we use FedEx Ground.
For orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii, we use USPS Flat Rate boxes or envelopes, depending on the size of the shipment.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you with an e-mailed invoice and either a USPS or FedEx tracking number.
Offer Exceptions*
- Commercial businesses with residential addresses (as determined by USPS, UPS & FedEx) are not eligible for free shipping.
- Canadian orders are not eligible for free shipping and are sent via FedEx International Economy or USPS.
- Rush shipments (e.g., 2-day and overnight) and shipments with oversize items are not eligible for the free shipping offer.
- Fundraising shipments are not eligible for the Free Shipping Offer.
- Wholesale and Non-Profit customers please see our Terms & Conditions for your Free Shipping guidelines.
- Free Shipping is for in-stock items only on all Wholesale orders that are over $150 and pre-paid. Once they are back in stock, back-ordered items will be eligible for Free Shipping in a new pre-paid Wholesale order over $150.00.
