Featured & Seasonal
As we continue to enjoy the lengthening of days during spring, April finds us surrounded by new life – from hatching chicks to budding flowers. You may be spending this time in introspective observance surrounding Lent. The weeks leading up to Easter are also an ideal time to prepare for the celebration of the sacraments of initiation.
At Creator Mundi, we carry a beautiful selection of inspiring sacramental crosses and crucifixes to help you focus your meditations and self-reflection.
What Are The Sacraments Of Initiation?
The sacraments of Christian initiation are Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist (or “First Communion”). As Catholics and Christians around the world, we celebrate these sacraments to express our spiritual rebirth, blossoming, and continual growth into our relationship with Christ.
Preparing For Baptism & RCIA
Baptism can happen at any age. Parents can prepare for the Catholic baptism of a new baby by taking this time to strengthen their own ties to faith. The community of faith will accompany those in the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) as they prepare for their reception of the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist (First Communion).
Crosses For Confirmation
After baptism, our faith is strengthened by Confirmation through the empowering and energizing gift of the Holy Spirit. What a great time to express gratitude and refocus on what our faith commitment means to us.
Eucharist & First Communion
First communion is a special time of full initiation into the Catholic faith. Those being full initiated partake of the Eucharistic meal which Jesus Christ chose to institute and share in his Last Supper with his disciples. Through our gifts, you can help your children to familiarize themselves with the signs and symbols, and meaning and importance of this, their First Communion.
Prepare For Initiation With Inspirational Gifts
We would love to be a part of your spiritual preparations for the sacraments of Initiation. We invite you to browse the Creator Mundi selection of sacramental crosses and crucifixes today. Place your order for these beautiful symbols as a focus for your faith or as a memorable, meaningful gift for RCIA candidates and all who will be receiving the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion.
As we transition from the challenge of inner conversion and the rigors of Lent as preparation for Easter, why not make your Eastertide a season of renewal, celebration, and joy? We have put together some ideas to make the seven weeks between Easter Sunday and Pentecost a meaningful and positive time of spiritual growth and communal celebration.
From Fasting To Feasting
Easter Sunday is traditionally a day of getting together to celebrate Christ’s Resurrection as a family, to enjoy egg hunts with our children, and to feast with family and friends. As you gather around the table this year you can share a meal and a beautiful reminder of what this season is all about. We carry many artful depictions of the Last Supper to accent your home and grace your dining room.
If you find yourself at a smaller family gathering than usual, invite those who are unable to join into the feasting spirit with a thoughtful card.
Spiritual Statues For Home & Garden
Traditionally, the statues that fill our chapels are covered during Lent. As the purple cloths are removed, you may still be missing these comforting traditions this year. Many of us are attending religious services from home for our health and safety.
Fortunately, you can still find comfort in starting or adding to your own collection of religious sculptures. Whether you enjoy viewing them indoors or out, we have just the Eastertide artwork for you.

- Washing the Feet Statuette

A Personal Procession
Why not take a quiet trip through a prayer or meditation garden? Reflect on the Savior’s entry into Jerusalem, parades, and processions you’ve enjoyed in years past, and the many reasons you have to rejoice today.
New Life & Fresh Beginnings
Bring the feelings of new life and fresh beginnings of the Resurrection home. Christian and Catholic art depicting flowers and the bounty of nature in spring can invite in these vibrant feelings.
The Colors Of Easter
Religious and spiritual artwork can be as full of color as a spring garden or more simply in glorious white and gold. Choose a bright and lively or understated religious piece from our collection of Christian pendants.
Sharing & Connecting With Eastertide Tokens
As you prepare to share Easter treats, consider including a small colorful token to represent your happy wishes and spread the smiles around. We invite you to take a look at our Easter Season Card, Paschal Lamb Pendant, and Cross of Hope Murano Glass Necklace Pendant for some great Easter gifting ideas.
The Paschal Candle
Do you have your Pentecost candles ready? Dress them up for this special occasion with our bronze Religious Candleholder, Seven Sacraments Candleholder, or Ichthys Candleholder. It’s a tradition you’ll look forward to year after year.
Helping You Celebrate The Easter Season
As you can see, there are many ways to make this Eastertide season memorable for all the right reasons. At Creator Mundi, we’d love to help you accent your home for this and many other Christian and Catholic occasions with wall art, statues, cards, and small gifts.

Albrecht Dürer, “Praying Hands”
This tense time from Election Day to Thanksgiving Day is telling us much about the “Soul” of our nation. According to Saint Thomas Aquinas, every created living thing – plant, animal, human – has an anima, that is, a “soul” which “animates” matter and makes it into a living thing. The anima, the soul, of our nation is We the People.
We the People. We are the ones who compose and animate our great nation through our own lives, our labor, our families, our neighborhoods, our cities, our counties, and our states. And we as the people of the United States are now struggling to find that common ground where we can stand with one another to identify and promote that common good which binds us together and challenges us to move forward as one people, united in purpose and resolve. Perhaps our national feast day of Thanksgiving will be that common ground.
Perhaps giving thanks to our Creator who is the Founder of our feast on Thanksgiving Day will be a new beginning for all of us. For in giving thanks to God, we acknowledge that we are not God, and that we as a people and nation have indeed been blessed more abundantly than we could ever have asked or imagined. To give thanks is to say that we are all still on our pilgrim path and still in need of God’s providence — each of us, and all of us together, as We the People, the citizens of the United States of America.
Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Angel Greeting Card
Remember and celebrate loved ones who have gone before us, marked with the sign of faith, by giving gifts to loved ones, and with home decor that celebrates All Souls’ Day on November 2nd. At Creator Mundi, we would love to help you enhance your desire to console, commemorate, and comfort with unique religious gifts and home decor.
We hope these gift ideas make this season of reflection and remembrance especially meaningful for you and your family.
“Eternal rest grant unto them,
O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May the souls of all the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God,
rest in peace.”– Traditional Catholic Prayer
What Is All Souls’ Day?
The season of Allhallowtide is the triduum (3-day) remembrance beginning with All Saints’ (All Hallows’) Eve on October 31st (Halloween), All Saints’ Day on November 1st, and concluding on November 2nd with All Souls’ Day. This is a time to remember the dead, including martyrs, saints, and all the faithful departed.
Each year on November 2nd, we remember, celebrate, and pray for all of our family members, friends, and other faithful departed. Coming after the excitement and frivolity of Halloween’s costumes and candy, and after the hopeful inner reflection and veneration of All Saints’ Day, All Souls’ Day — a day of reflection and remembrance of everyone whom we have loved and lost — can be easily overlooked.
Celebrations on this day can range from the fascinating face painting, colorful parades, and parties of Dia de Los Muertos to more subdued and mindful activities like visiting cemeteries, lighting candles, and displaying family photos.

Spiritual Decor With A Purpose
Is choosing art for senior spaces really that different from picking decor from any standard type of healing space? Yes! It’s important to remember that the second half of life is just as full of change as the first.
Our surroundings can serve the additional purposes of supporting us emotionally in simple and functional ways. Christian or Catholic religious art is especially good at delivering in these areas, whether the viewer is religious or not.
Welcome Guests, Staff & Residents
Senior spaces — especially healing facilities like nursing homes, physical therapy centers, and dementia care centers — are places for staff and visiting family as well as aging patients, parents, and friends. Switching the ambiance from sterile to spiritually uplifting can be as simple as choosing wall art or precisely placed statues and figurines that are calming. What a simple but powerful way to disperse negative energies!
Waiting rooms, for example, can be places of deepening anxiety or growing impatience. Providing a focal point such as the Holy Virgin, friends hugging, or the Savior caring for His flock can provide encouragement.

Give patients experiencing the beginning stages of dementia, or even those with diminishing sight, colorful pieces to explore and think about. Vibrant icons can engage and stimulate thought and attention while still soothing easily aggravated minds.
Easily confused or frustrated seniors, further along in the dementia spectrum, may benefit from a more calming range of colors, softer expressions, and simple scenes.

Religious Artwork Touches People From All Walks Of Life
Patients don’t have to be religious to be influenced by Catholic and Christian art. Michelangelo’s Pietà and Sistine Chapel ceiling, da Vinci’s The Last Supper, and St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome are all examples of amazing Catholic paintings, sculptures, and even architecture.
This artwork stands the test of time and draws people, regardless of beliefs, from around the world year after year.
Transform Hospital Time Into Healing Time With Art
“Is not the life more than meat, and the body more than raiment?” – Matthew 6:25
In the Sermon on the Mount, Christ invites us to look past the ephemeral into the deeper things of life. We are both body and soul. Beautiful art for hospitals invites those giving care, those receiving it, and their visitors to lift both mind and heart beyond current circumstances.
Why not put your hospital decor to work for you and your patients? Turn despair into hope, pain into growth, and fear into constant reminders that this too shall pass and that you are not alone. Let Catholic art fill your welcome and reception areas, recovery rooms, garden spaces, and hallways.

Catholic and Christian mothers have the double-duty of caring for us, fostering our faith, and nurturing our worldview. Beyond homemaking and scrape-healing, Catholic mothers prepare us for both the important religious and secular events in our lives. No matter our own chosen denominations or level of worship, each of us can count on our mother’s prayers in good times and bad.
Let Her Know She’s Never Alone
It’s time to pass along those feelings of constant care and companionship with religious gifts that will help your mom know she’s never alone. A beautiful card with a note of thanks is a great start. But why not also consider solid bronze Catholic wall crosses crafted with messages of hope?
Every time your mother passes this beautiful piece of Catholic art in her hallway, she will be reminded of your thoughtfulness. She’ll also be comforted by the presence of the One who is caring for her just as much as she’s caring for you. The promises of “Trust In Me,” “Be Not Afraid,” or “I Am Always With You” can be a daily reminder for your mom, grandma, or other motherly-figure.
Comfort & Hope In The Palm Of Her Hand
How about a little hope that she can bring with her wherever she goes? Our pewter pocket pieces and holding crosses are lovely Mother’s Day gift ideas. A simple take-anywhere token depicting the dove of peace will remind a worrying mom that everything is going to be “OK”.
A perfectly-sized cross of warm, beautiful plum wood awaits to accompany her expressions of thanks, or petitions for help.
Because She’s Your Angel
Remind her that she’ll always be your angel this Mother’s Day with an angel of her own. She can bring our high-quality pewter token or matchbox angel along to all of her favorite places. Or, gift her with an angel statuette as a constant reminder of God’s faithful presence through thick and thin.

This October, at Creator Mundi, we invite you to fall into autumn with life-improving purpose by celebrating a feast day dedicated to Mary and the rosary. Not sure where to begin? We’ve put together a brief list of ways you can observe this day with a little more faith, hope, and charity.

- Gift a rosary to encourage prayer.
- Plan ahead for feast day festivities.

What Is A Rosary?
“The Rosary is a magnificent and universal prayer for the needs of the Church, the nations, and the entire world.” ~Pope John XXIII
The Rosary consists of prayers dedicated to the life of Jesus Christ. Strings of knots or beads are used to count each prayer. We pray for protection, for an increase of faith, for a stronger relationship with the Savior and for Mary’s intercession through it all.
At Creator Mundi, we carry a beautiful selection of exclusively-crafted rosaries for personal use and gifting. Beads of semi-precious gemstones and bronze crucifixes adorn each of these handcrafted pieces.

What Is A Catholic Feast Day?
The Catholic Church organizes feast days to encourage both remembrance and spiritual growth. The life of Jesus, Mary, and the saints are celebrated cyclically throughout the year. Observing appointed days, like Our Lady of the Rosary, can be as simple or complex as you need it to be. Attend a special mass. Participate in charitable service. Reach out to someone you know is struggling.
Taking the time to refocus on the power of praying the rosary, benefits you and all the lives you touch.
Mary, Our Lady Of Victory
We observe Our Lady of the Rosary on October 7th. This commemorates the giving of the first rosary to Saint Dominic by the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1214. Later, praying the Rosary is credited with a miraculous success by The Christian Holy League in the face of hopeless odds against the Ottoman Empire. So, this feast day was named Our Lady of Victory for many years.
Could you use a little more encouragement in the face of your daily struggles or temptations? We encourage you to create a space committed to victory through prayer.
A simple way to begin your commitment is to remember the struggles, the goodness, and the patience of Mary. Nourish her exemplary qualities in your own life. Our Christian home decor and religious gifts featuring Mary can help.
