…ut placeat tibi Dominus Deus. [Elevat manus pontifex et eas jungit. Tum benedicit oblata dicens] Veni, Sanctificator, omnipotens eterne Deus, et benedic hoc sacrificium tuo sancto nomini preparatum: [Eum benedicit incensum oblatum per diaconem: et illum in turibulum mittit dicens…]
Translation:
…that it might please you, Lord God. [the Pope raises his hands and joins them. Then he blesses the offerings saying] Come, O Sanctifier, all-powerful, eternal God, and bless this sacrifice prepared for your holy name. [He blesses the incense offered to him by the deacon. And he puts it in the thurible as he says…]
