The Star measures 4.3 inches in diameter. All eighteen pieces of the Grande Crèche (color) are composed of dolomite stone mixed with resin and hand-finished by the sisters in their monastery workshop. Each sister prayerfully completes a specific assigned task to further the final rendering of each and every piece.
