Our St. Jude Thaddeus Plaque (in Germany, St. Judas Thaddäus) – the “patron saint of impossible causes” – is depicted here holding the image of Jesus in his hand (go to History/Story tab) and preaching the Good News in Judea, Samaria, Idumaea, Syria, Mesopotamia and Libya. According to tradition (and as depicted in the bottom left of the plaque), he was marytred c. 65 AD in Beirut, Lebanon (then in the Roman province of Syria) by beheading or being clubbed to death. This solid bronze plaque is the perfect gift for a birthday, first communion, confirmation, and the feast day of Saint Jude Thaddeus on October 28th.
